Stayed there in 2020, it was supper hot that day. We stayed in a corner unit top floor, king size bed. We had the AC all day, overall it’s was clean, quiet, and the hospitality was awesome. The person downstairs in the lobby was nice and attentive and told us about free breakfast. We had a good experience overall and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a spacious clean AC room.

Hector and Sebastian were great at check in, very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The only thing that could be improved would maybe be non slip strips in the bathtub, as the tub floor got a bit slick. I didn't ask if they had bath mats for the shower, but it wasn't a huge issue. The hotel is conveniently close to I-10 so getting off and back on isnt any issue. There's a gas station across the street which is convenient as well, and a restaurant next door to the hotel. Breakfast was good, standard HIE food but the only thing kind of inconvenient with that was the milk was in maybe half gallon glass jugs rather than individual personal sized cartons. Other than that, everything was great and if we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again. A warning though, traffic on Baseline and Priest Dr is constant, even at early hours (3 to 4 am) it doesn't stop.
after a hotel malfunction at another nearby Holiday inn express, this location came to the rescue! clean and spacious rooms and most importantly a very welcoming and helpful front desk . If I recall her name correctly, Angelica (or Angelina . sorry for my foggy brain!) was so helpful! she answered all of my questions and was very accommodating. this is an example of wonderful customer service, which can sometimes be lacking at other businesses. thank you!
We had a two queen plus sofa bed room for five and it was spacious and affordably priced. Some carpet stains and a funky smell detracted a bit. Pool was heated nicely for our visit in December. Breakfast was normal holiday inn express fare (hot and cold, something for everyone) and they opened an extra seating area so always a place to sit. Elevators are slow and one broke down during our stay.
I've stayed here before and the rooms are nice, big and spacious, very luxurious compared to some other hotels I've been to. Importantly speaking the night operator Christina is always kind and helpful! She's super great and always courteous, so if you come at night she will take care of you and help you to get a good room.
My room was very large which impressed me. Very clean. I didn't like having to go to the entrance to my room to change thermostat on the ac. I'm used to it being on the ac unit but not a deal breaker. Breakfast was promptly ready daily. Friendly staff. The youngest staff i have come across at a hotel.
The restaurant was superb. The room was giant and clean. The location is great as well being so close to Westgate and walkable to TopGolf. All in all it was a great place and stay.
